Planning the handling of research data

Lecturer: Peter Čerče (ZRS Koper)

Content: Research processes vary between sciences and research fields, but often have in common that they involve testing a model or hypothesis using research data. Responsible handling of research data is the basis for successful research. The research data handling plan (NRRP) is a document that the research group should prepare before the start of the research and in which it foresees all important aspects during the entire life cycle of the research data. The NRRP can be amended and supplemented by the research team during the duration of the project, as it is not always possible to foresee all the circumstances of the research before the implementation. We will introduce you to the key elements of the NRRP, the proposals that some research funders have prepared for this purpose, and the tools and tools for prip&location=&sf=true
