ZRS Koper presented part of its activities to the readers of Primorske novic on their web portal. One of the important pillars of open science is citizen science, in which the interested public is actively involved in various phases of research work. The Scientific Research Center (ZRS) Koper has extensive experience in involving the public in research work. The interested public participates in the research of some institutes of the parent institution.
As one of the examples, they mentioned the cooperation of the Institute of Olive Growing ZRS Koper with local producers of olives and olive oil. The institute tries to help local growers with the results of its research, while at the same time contributing to raising the quality of olive oil.

Rudolfovo - scientific and technological center Novo mesto
It also presented its activities in the show We are good stewards on TV Vaš channel Rudolfovo - scientific and technological center Novo mesto. During their two years of operation, they have already implemented numerous projects in connection with industry and the economy. As the director of Rudolf's dr. Janez Povh, their mission is to co-create high-tech knowledge and transfer it to the economy. Thus, he also mentioned the SPOZNAJ project as a very important project in which they are participating.
