Content: In the presentation, we will outline the Slovenian scientific policy regarding open science, which is delineated by the Scientific Research and Innovation Activities Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 186/21 and 40/23), the Decree on the Implementation of Scientific Research in Accordance with the Principles of Open Science (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 59/23), and the Resolution on the Slovenian Scientific Research and Innovation Strategy 2030 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 49/22). These enacted regulations specifically integrate the implementation of open science principles into the Slovenian research landscape in alignment with the research policies of the European Research Area.
