Content (Slovenian): In the last decade, academic institutions have rapidly developed their services in response to an increasingly complex research environment in the age of open science. Research data management, open publishing and research outreach services are currently at the forefront of support services, but the whole spectrum is multifaceted. With the presentation, we want to provide an up-to-date insight into the scope of research support services in university libraries in the Netherlands. This includes the growth of established areas of research support as well as emerging research support in the field of digital data and artificial intelligence technologies. We do not want to recommend one universal solution for the organization of research services, but to outline the division between centralized and decentralized service models.<&location=Via Zoom&sf=true

Contents (English): Academic institutions have rapidly evolved their services in the last decade in response to an increasingly complex research landscape in the era of open science. Research data management, open publishing, and research impact services are the current focus of support, yet the full scope is much more versatile. This presentation aims to give an up-to-date view of the extent of research support services at university libraries in the Netherlands. This includes growth of established research support areas as well as emerging research support in the areas of digital data and AI technologies. This presentation does not aim to recommend the 'one size fits all' approach to organizing research services, but rather sketches the split between centralized and decentralized service models.
